Carson Bryan House

The Carson Bryan House was built circa 1900 in Kissimmee, Florida. Burkhardt Construction, Inc. was hired by the Kissimmee Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to do a complete interior/exterior restoration and rehabilitation to convert the century old house into a museum and offices for the CRA. Using the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards, many aspects of the house were restored back to original while keeping the architectural and historic integrity throughout the renovation project. The completed project was bestowed an award of Outstanding Achievement in Adaptive Use by the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation.
