Donnelly Street Improvements Begin in Mount Dora

The Donnelly phase of Downtown's Streetscape Improvements starts June 2 between 4th and 5th Avenues. The project is expected to be completed by the end of September. Parking maps will be available downtown, as well as on the Mount Dora Buzz website and Facebook pages. The improvements on Donnelly Street will include improved drainage, wider sidewalks on both sides, landscaping, tree replacement, pavered crosswalks and modified parking. Improvements on 3rd Avenue started May 1 and will also continue through September 30. Stores will remain open and parking is still available off Donnelly and in the multiple downtown public parking lots.
