Dennis Haynes served as Vice President of Burkhardt Construction, Inc. for 27 years before his retirement in 2019. In his 27 years at Burkhardt Construction, Inc. he directly oversaw dozens of streetscape and infrastructure projects ranging from $250,000 to over $25 million. 



Dennis currently serves on the Board of Directors.
