Bridgeside Square was a combination Neighborhood Assesment/ Developer
Agreement streetscape. The project consisted of complete city utility reconstruction,
franchise utility duct bank construction, roadway reconstruction, color concrete and
brick paver sidewalks, paver brick intersections, entry feature signs, guardhouse,
decorative lighting, street furnishings and landscaping and irrigation.
