Greater Yamaha consisted of complete interior renovations of an
existing vacant supply facility. The space was re-built to include
22,006 square feet of retail space, 2,244 square feet of offices, a 3,860 square foot service bay
area, and 6,430 square feet of storage. An 11, 420 square foot outdoor sales pavillion
was added along with a 128-space parking lot
