One Lakeside consisted of construction of a 73,484 square foot,
three-story structural steel frame building and a 168-car
multi-level parking garage. The work included site clearing,
installation of water and fire lines to the building, sanitary
sewer, storm drainage, concrete curbing, an asphalt parking lot,
landscaping and an irrigation system.
