The Corporate Center project included construction of a
72,620 square foot, three-story building and a 150-car
multi-level concrete parking structure.
The work included site clearing, installation of water
and fire lines to the building, sanitary sewer, storm
drainage, concrete curbing, an asphalt parking lot,
landscaping and an irrigation system.
